
We currently facilitate three education and support programs, designed to provide suport and provide a high quality of life for those with mental illness and their family members and friends who care for them. We also actively promote and participate in training for law enforcement and other first responders who respond to and aid those in mental health crises.

Family Support Groups
A monthly meeting designed to help family members develop coping skills to enable them to better understand, empathize, and assist in facilitating recovery of their ill family member. Family Support Group meets:

Connection Support Group
NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who've both been there, and are able to provide initial aid to people experiencing mental health crises. One can gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others

Family to Family
A 9-week informational course for families and caregivers of those with a major mental illness such as:
- Bipolar Disorder
- Major Depression
- Schizophrenia
- Schizoaffective Disorder
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Anxiety Disorders (Panic Attacks, OCD, PTSD, and others).
Get answers to questions like:
What to do in a crisis?
How to get a clear diagnosis for my loved one?
What are the local services available in our community?
How can my loved one and I communicate better?
What are the best treatments available for my loved one?
And more.
